Milan Stanojković

Software Engineer building enterprise C# / .NET systems by day - real‑time multiplayer digital board games by night.

10+ years shipping financial and asset-finance platforms. In my own time I design and build complete multiplayer board game adaptations from scratch - backend, real-time networking, art, and all.

01 - About

A bit about me

I'm a software engineer with 10+ years of experience building enterprise applications in C# and .NET, with a strong background in financial systems and asset finance platforms - think regulatory reporting, real-time market data pipelines, and distributed, high-throughput services that can't afford to be wrong.

Outside of work hours, I channel the same engineering instincts into something purely for fun: building full digital implementations of tabletop board games, end to end - server, real-time sync, and custom visuals - released under original names and art. It's the same discipline as my day job, minus the compliance requirements and plus a lot more animation tweaking.

02 - Personal Projects

Digital board games

Three full digital adaptations of existing tabletop board games - built single-handedly, from backend to pixel, released with original names and artwork.

One architecture, all three games All three are two-player games built on this exact stack, and they play on desktop, tablet and phone - in fact every screenshot and clip below was captured on a phone. Each one also ships an AI opponent, so you can play against the computer when there's nobody to play with.

Backend

ASP.NET Core on .NET 10, hosted on Azure App Service - IIS reverse-proxies to Kestrel. No database; all game state lives in memory.

Realtime

SignalR over WebSockets, keeping both players' game state in sync.

Frontend

Vanilla JavaScript with ES modules - no framework, no build step. Heavier libraries are pulled straight from cdnjs.

All three games are passcode-protected. They run on Azure's free tier, which would burn through its quota if left open to the public, so access is shared on request - get in touch and I'll send you a passcode.
